Vegas Shred
Full Life Schedule

A realistic 12-day plan built around your 8:00–5:00 workday, school drop-off around 8:30–9:00 AM, pickup around 5:45 PM, family responsibilities, meal prep, cardio, and detailed training for a fuller chest, rounder biceps, and sharper abs.

Your Daily Targets

1,900–2,050Calories
170–185 gProtein
150–190 gCarbs
45–60 gFat
3–4 LWater
7.5–8.5 hrsSleep
Body Goal

Full Upper Body

Chest and biceps are trained three times across the protocol, with shoulders and back supporting a stronger V-taper.

Waist Goal

Lean, Not Flat

The calorie deficit is controlled. You will not use dehydration, starvation, or extreme carb cutting.

Cardio Goal

Support Fat Loss

Easy 20–30 minute sessions, primarily after lifting or during lunch. Jog only if the Achilles remains calm.

Because you have diabetes, keep your glucose-monitoring and medication plan consistent. Do not skip meals, dehydrate, or make aggressive carbohydrate changes without medical guidance.

Standard Weekday Schedule

This assumes you can begin focused work after school drop-off and take a normal lunch break. Pickup can shift 15–30 minutes without breaking the plan.

Travel / Vegas Day

Eat familiar meals, keep water normal, and use the trip-day pump below before photos, pool, or going out.

Vegas ready

August 14 Pump Routine

60–90 minutes beforehand: eat 5–6 oz chicken or steak with ¾ cup rice or 6 oz potatoes. Keep the meal familiar and moderate.
ExerciseRepsTechnique
Push-ups15–20Controlled lowering; stop before failure.
Dumbbell or band curls12–15Squeeze hard at the top.
Lateral raises15–20Light weight, no swinging.
Band or dumbbell chest fly12–15Pause one second when the chest is contracted.
Plank30–45 secBrace without holding your breath.

Complete 3 rounds with 30–45 seconds between movements. The goal is a pump, not exhaustion.

Creatine

If you decide to start, use plain creatine monohydrate at 3–5 g daily without a loading phase. Stop if it causes significant stomach upset, and do not expect it to replace nutrition or training.
